Giving each user option to sign and remain anonymous

Issue Summary

First of all thanks for creating this module...

It would be nice to give each individual user the option to make the personal fields that come with their signature private or not.

I'm thinking of a little checkbox with:"Don't show my personal information" or "Don't show my name"

When checked it would result in a 'anonymous' signature.
