I couldn't run admin/build/openlayers/proximity without red warnings. After the progress bar

* The configuration options have been saved.
* Proximity index rebuilt for 0 nodes.

I have rebuild index though it didn't work
I also noticed there is "no location provider" inside views.

Did you enable the openlayers_wkt field?

The default way openlayers_proximity get its geodata is by using the openlayers_wkt field, so this must be enabled in some node type.

Can it get data from location module also as i have all data set there? If not what to do?

To resolve the "no location provider" and get a distance to show, you have to make "optional" is *unchecked* in the exposed location field.
