If logged in as a group admin and I click on Manage group forums I always get "You are not authorized to access this page" error message. The group admins have administer forums and all of the og_forum permissions turned on. I have also tested this on a fairly bare new install with the same result. Any ideas?

same problem here, I can enter to the manage group section but the add Forum buttom disapeared

I found a solution for me, a Just Unmark Would you like all group forums to be placed in the same container? from Gruop Forum Container Options
