Is there already or should there be some sort of standard Note or Warning be added to D5/6 Docs...
Perhaps something like: 'Be sure to check the version of Drupal covered by the document you are viewing... this Doc is for D5/6. If this document does not reference a D7 version, please locate the appropriate D7 doc and add a comment below.'
Perhaps this requires a new reference field that could be applied to each doc and displayed near top if a reference is available... it might be useful to put such references in some unique spot separate from comments.
Example Comment: "For Drupal 7 this document is replaced by ________ .'

arianek commentedI think this is pretty well covered since the redesign has surfaced the version tags at the top of each page. If there is something that is really version specific on another page, it is definitely a good idea to cross reference, but since we're trying to discourage splitting version specific content onto separate pages/sections, I don't really want to make a standard for this sort of referencing and encourage it!
