Hi,

In version Drupal 5.0 beta 1

I cannot display the search box on the right hand avigation on the front page for users who are not logged in.

I did following:
administer > blocks > cofigure Search form > Role specific visibility settings > didn't check anything - "If you select no roles, the block will be visible to all users."

It didn't work.

I am using the default template with the default template settings.

What did I miss?

Miran,

I think you want to file an issue against Drupal core. The search config module does not control the search block.
