The IRC channel, while not private, is not intended for everyone. It is intended to discuss Drupal development issues between the team.

Ok, then e-mail me the information so I can discuss Drupal development issues
between the team. I'm refactoring the Theme API even as I type (typing on two
computers at once is fun).

I want to make sure I have a way to discuss actual implementation details from the ideas put forth in this thread and this thread.
