Table-less theme inspired in the IPB Pro Skin, but now it's really improved, with hover effect for all menus placed in blocks.
The theme has 8 areas where you can place blocks.
Includes a CSS-only dropdown menu for the primary and secondary links if the menus are placed in the Additional Header Area.
You can put your banner flash by disabling the logo and sitename and placing a custom html block in the Header Banner Area.
