Kyrgyzstan.org Theme
This is a fixed width 2 column layout PHPTemplate theme, designed for http://www.kyrgyzstan.org with randomly changing pictures in the upper part of every page.
This is my first contribution to Drupal, which I created looking at several other themes. There might be some problems, but generally the theme is ready to use. You have to just replace image files in logo directory with your own ones and put your own logo.
