Base theme developed for the Open Media Project designed by Sharee Dieringer and themed by Rad Anzulovic.
The TVframe theme was created for Denver Open Media and is the base theme of Open Media Project. TVframe is a Zen sub theme, but allows sub-sub themes. The Your_subTheme is included and intended to be used by stations to override the Open Media defaults, but allow updates to the core TVframe. There is also a directory of eps files included as well that should make it easier to customize the graphics.
