Themes allow you to change the look and feel of your Drupal site. You can use themes contributed by others or create your own to share with the community. Contributed themes are not part of any official release and may not have optimized code/functionality for your purposes. You can also create a sub-theme of an existing theme. FRESH
FRESH theme is my custom Drupal 7 starter theme created to help me to easy create new specific themes.
simpletheme
This theme is a simple, percentage based, responsive, drupal theme to get a portfolio up and running in no time. The templates are straightforward, the css is basic and easy, logo and navigation on the left, content on the right for anything above 1024x768, below that is navigation bar at the top, content below, and for narrow screens less than 720 wide, mobile style navigation, long scrolling content section below.
Simpletheme works in all current new-ish browsers, Firefox 4+, IE9+, Chrome (pretty much any version), Safari 3+, Opera 10+, most linux browsers that were updated within the last year or two,
At this point, Simpletheme will not display in IE8 and below. I don't really have to time to deal with the grumpy old browsers *coughIEcough* that decided they didn't want to be like everybody else and didn't support standards
If you want to co-maintain to support old browsers just let me know and I'll add you.
ASP
Adaptive Skeleton Panels (ASP) is a theme based on the Skeleton HTML/CSS framework, which is panels active and includes a number of panels layouts ready for use.
ASP also supports Panels everywhere, and has an implementation for a panels-everywhere page.tpl.php giving you full control over the html being outputted by panels everywhere.

Bootstrap Framework
Note: This was a planned project page for the Twitter Bootstrap theme. It has instead moved to Bootstrap.
960grid theme
Design skins for Drupal 7 using famework 960.gs, the project will fully implement obejumować graphics, graphics preparation for publication (cutting and optimization), encoding template with html5 and css elements and execution of skins for Drupal version 7.
The project is scheduled to present the content in the system container_12 with the following networks: grid_2, grid_3, grid_4, grid_9, grid_10 and grid_12.
The total number of regions in the crust: 11
Skin in 5 different color scenes.

Ultima
Ultima is an advanced, blank HTML5 starter theme with robust structure.
Unlike most other starter themes, Ultima is a standalone theme which does not get into your way. This makes it suitable for any custom design and project of any complexity. Think of it as Drupal version of Underscores theme for WordPress.
Ultima is opinionated only when it comes to the file and folder structure. The template.php file is used for including all other function files in the theme, keeping the code well organized and avoiding 1k+ lines long files with functions and overrides.
It is not coming with any existing CSS frameworks or styles. Everything is left up to the designer and the specifics of a project.

Base Building Blocks Theme
Base Building Blocks is an HTML5 base theme for Drupal 7.x. It has lots of goodies in it, including Twitter Bootstrap, Font Awesome, Modernizr, and HTML5 Boilerplate. It also has a large collection of useful features such as content-type templates, an amazing administration toolbar, default @medias, Apple Touch Icons, and retina-friendly design.
Installation
Base Building Blocks is easy to install just enable it. The latest version of Bootstrap is included in the repo, so you don't need to add any libraries or modules to make this theme work.
Extension
This project is meant to be a base theme, meaning it's built for you to take, and build-upon. :)
There's also a Base Building Blocks Module that ships with some cool stuff, like configurable Bootstrap Menu blocks (with dropdowns and icons), a Bootstrap administration navbar block, and more. It's pretty much a staple for using this theme.
