The agreservations-module is a module to handle reservations of resources.

24.01.2012:In D7 If you updated Ubercart recently, you should also update agreservations to the newest dev or a version > alpha5!
Dependencies:
The agreservations-module depends among others on the Resource Conflict module (Resource Conflict version >= 6.x-2.x-dev with datetime support) , the calendar and date (6.x-2.x-dev until 6.x-2.8 is ready) module, and the ubercart modules.
D7
in agreservations 7.x the necessary parts of the Resource Conflict Module (deviantintegral) code went into agres_rconflict. Also agres_views contains an extended modified version of the Calendar(KarenS) Modules calendar_plugin_style class.(class agres_views_plugin_style extends calendar_plugin_style) implementing the birdseye booking calendar.
Features:
provide:
- a bookingcalendar displaying bookable resources like (rooms, boats etc.) in a matrix with days to see which resource is free on which day.(Currently only working with calendar_multiday module disabled! in D6, in D7 it just works)
- reservations formular is prefilled by the module by clicking on the '+' in the bookingcalendar making it easy for Receptionist of hotels to make roombookings
- online booking with a searchwidget(arrival departure dates) to allow not signed in pagevisitors to search for free rooms
- online payment for rooms online with ubercar
- when an onlinebooking is made, the Admin / Receptionist / Resourcesmanager can see the booking in the bookingcalendar, and a in the Ubercart Order a link to the reservations is created
- allowing the backend Admin / Receptionist to make bookings AND Ubercartorders AND new Userregistration easily when user didn´t book online, but are walk in guests
hint: during installation you should add the line:
ini_set('max_execution_time', 400);
to your settings.php also in your my.ini or my.cnf you
should have the setting of max_allowed_packet = 16M
