Bible Plans

This module provides different yearly Bible reading plans to the users.
The page view will display the plan for the current month and the block view will provide a link to the current day's passage.
Features include:
- All passages links open current passage in www.biblegateway.com
- Administrator can choose to have link open in new or parent window
- Administrator can choose Bible version to open passage in
- Administrator can choose which plans to make available
- Administrator can choose page paths for plans

- Beginning to end
