Bookmark Service Wrapper API

When the BS_WAPI has been written it should be relatively straightforward to refactor the delicious module as a generic BS module which could then be easily configured to use the delicious service. When the above is working we could then continue to extend the wrapper by adding other bookmarks services to the BS_WAPI.
