    Updated XLIFF to Drupal 6:
    
     - Updated .info to require PHP 5 (supported requirement check by Drupal 6)
     - Updated README since now this is automated. 
     - Updated to use the schema hook, same DB structure.
     - New simpler help hook.
     - New simpler menu hook. Access check outsourced to callback function.
     - Form updated to not set title (would need to be a page callback then),
       and to get node by argument.
     - Passes on node to submit handler.
    
    TODO:
    
     - Action not updated to Drupal 6 yet.

    Add workflow support to XLIFF:
     - add an action to let disabling of xliff export or import
       (workflow and actions module can use this to limit the usage of xliff functionality to
       only those stages of content production where it makes sense / it is allowed)
     - add an install file to create a database table to store the xliff state data
     - add CVS Id tags to files
