    started the complete rewrite. The modules will now not work at all anymore. Sharing it anyway, in case others want to peek at the code written so far.
    
     * upload.module.old contains the old module (I need it for reference)
     * upload.module is now an API only module
     * Attachment.module is a work-inprogress module, that will act as simple files-to nodes attachements.
    
     in the mean time, keep visting <a href="http://www.webschuur.com/node/246">My files wiki</a> and its children pages I update the mockups, the API reference and all that on a regular basis.
