  Updated the patches so they work with version 4.2.Put warning in README file that this module is deprecated and merged with the upcoming 4.3 drupal release.

  Updated to run with REGISTER GLOBALS turned off.
  Two levels of user permissions, alias nodes and alias all paths.
  Ready for testing!
