    Fixed incorrect param to @import statement. Old version let css import working only with clean urls enabled. Thanks to nasi (http://drupal.org/user/5712) who point this bug out.

    Patch #40331 : 
    valid_input_data() has been removed from drupal 4.6.4 .
    This remove the calls to calid_input_data.
