Drupal Dojo 2.0
The Drupal Dojo training website is being rebuilt for a version 2.0 release, and this issue queue tracks our progress in making that learning system even better. As you might be aware, the dojo is a volunteer driven training ground for all manner of free Drupal-specific schooling, ranging from live teacher-led lessons to pre-produced short-form training videos.
Having this drupal.org project is rather odd, since there's no CVS repository for any code related to the dojo site. There are two good reasons for it, however. We don't need a code repository because we don't run custom modules on the dojo site but instead rely on our own user's submitted patches against existing contrib modules for our functionality. Secondly, rather than install the project.module on our own drupaldojo.com site and splinter the community into a totally separate login and tracking system, we've decided to keep this upgrade in the public eye by using the excellent drupal.org tools already available to us.
Please add any suggestions or feature requests you might think of. All ideas are welcome, no matter how wild or whacky they might be. The dojo is here to provide free training to everyone, so Everybody, please tell us how you'd like it to be!
The groups.drupal.org dojo page is the main group communication system for the dojo team. Feel free to start or join a discussion there and/or join us on IRC on the freenode network at #drupal-dojo.
