garlandish

This is a fork of the garland theme, with some elements repositioned more to my liking. Making a subtheme of garland would have been preferable, save for the fact that subthemes of recolorable themes do not seem to work well unless the subtheme is in a subdirectory of the base theme, like minnelli.

Garlandish, like garland, is a fluid-width theme, which makes it a good administrative theme under Drupal 6.
