This theme is complimentary to the manage.module. It provides a single column view for admin pages, featuring CSS-only drop-down menus. It depends on the missing.module to provide PHP-based style sheets.
The theme currently does not work on InternetExplorer. I will fix this, but for now Firefox (on any platform) will be your only choice for now.
