1730 Themes match your search

Themes allow you to change the look and feel of your Drupal site. You can use themes contributed by others or create your own to share with the community. Contributed themes are not part of any official release and may not have optimized code/functionality for your purposes. You can also create a sub-theme of an existing theme. A sub-theme inherits a parent theme's resources. Read more about Sub-theme structure and inheritance. You can also view a full index of themes listing only their titles.

Changeme Screenshot

changeme

  • Last changed: 1 year 1 week ago

This theme is intended for those who want a simple layout with the ability to easily change simple aspects such as font colors, link colors, fonts, and header color without having to bother to dig through lots of code to find what you should change. We accomplish that with a second, very well documented stylesheet called changeme.css which only includes the "most frequently want to change" items with lots of comments.

To modify this theme you should:

  • Never touch the style.css
  • Instead, proceed directly to changeme.css (do not pass go or collect $200)
  • see how the changeme.css is clearly documented to make simple changes
  • Save file and rejoice.

Please report any bugs in the issue queue, as this theme is a total and complete 'work in progress'. (theme created very quickly and haphazardly by Mustardseed Media, Inc.)

Drupal 7

A Drupal 7 develoment version has been committed. Please test it and post issues in queue.

Upgrading from D6

  • When upgrading from the Drupal 6 theme, be sure to backup your changeme.css file which has all of your custom work in it.
  • You can simply drop this file into the new D7 theme, overwriting the blank changeme.css.

Adaptivetheme Mobile

  • Last changed: 3 years 20 weeks ago

Only local images are allowed.

Adaptivetheme Mobile is a subtheme for Adaptivetheme. It is designed purely to build Drupal mobile themes for mobile web devices (for mobile websites).

It strips out many of the additional regions from the standard Adaptivetheme subtheme which are not needed for mobile sites. It also adds new layouts and a new theme setting for Access Keys for primary and secondary links.

Most of the Advanced themes settings from Adaptivetheme are available except those that rely on JavaScript - primarily the Equal heights Blocks and Equal heights Sidebars jQuery has been removed since most mobile browsers cant handle JavaScript.

A short list of features

  • Access Keys for Primary and Secondary links - Access keys can aid mobile device navigation
  • Simplified page.tpl.php
  • Skip links for Main content, Search and Primary links (can be hidden with a theme setting)
  • 3 simple layouts to choose from in theme settings - suitable for small screen mobile devices
  • Support for iPhone's apple-touch-icon
  • Prints mobile metatags - HandheldFriendly and viewport
Moleskine

Moleskine

  • Last changed: 5 weeks 4 days ago

I designed Moleskine thinking about travelling bloggers. It refers to the Moleskine brand of notebooks, used by European artists and thinkers for the past two centuries, from Van Gogh to Picasso, from Ernest Hemingway to Bruce Chatwin.

Moleskine is a fixed, 2 columns, table-less theme, using the Holy Grail layout technique, so it's good for SEO. It is compatible with all the core modules (no support for the Color module though :) ).

Features :

  • Cross-browser compatible. Works in Opera 9, Firefox 3, Safari and IE 6-7.
  • Support of Forum, Blog, and Poll module
  • Support for logo, breadcrumb, slogan, Footer message, primary links, mission, shortcut icon and user pictures
  • Three regions : Content top / Bottom, and sidebar right
  • TinyMCE stylesheet included and supported

Kalamuna Kalatheme - Get Flying

Kalatheme

  • Last changed: 8 weeks 4 days ago

Kalatheme is a revolutionary and powerful framework that allows Drupal rookies and savvy veterans to rapidly build responsive, mobile-first subthemes by leveraging both the Twitter Bootstrap front end toolkit and the power of Panopoly. While Kalatheme is a theme in and of itself it is more importantly a framework to easily build other Bootstrap themes.

Kalatheme takes care of the responsive grid and media queries, HTML5 compliance and cross browser parity and you can easily preprocess your CSS with LESS, SASS or COMPASS. With Kalatheme you don't have to worry about many of the more technical aspects of modern themes. It avoids complicated template files and clunky blocks and with Bootstrap you don't have to start from scratch with CSS. You can focus on what makes your theme unique.

Kalatheme is able to do this with the following magix:

    .mobi

    • Last changed: 1 year 1 week ago

This theme creates a way sites who have mobile domain aliases of their website to have a specially formatted mobile format for their visitors who use the mobile domain, and allow the visitors of your .com/.net/.org/etc to still see a fancy or complex theme.

This theme is intended to be used with the .mobi loader module, though it will also work fine without it as long as your intention is for all your users to see the mobi format. When paired with the .mobi loader module, the module overrides the default theme to display a mobile, portable format from the mobi theme.

Web-based settings are built into the theme configuration page to change background colors for:

    • Header
    • Left sidebar
    • Content
    • Right sidebar
    • Footer

    Lightweight

    • Last changed: 1 year 1 week ago

Lightweight is a simple base theme that's a blank slate with left or right sidebar. The original lightweight which was my internal base theme for D6 had no images whatsoever and very little CSS, thus the name lightweight. The D7 version has a couple of images, but just for buttons and search bar. The buttons, search bar and fieldsets where taken from Bartik, because I fell in love with those elements and they are a good starting point for personalizing them to the theme you're creating.

This theme is for intermediate/advanced themer, that don't need inner divs, starter functions, or that many default regions. It is also for themers looking to have nice markup, there are several override template files for views for example.

If you are just starting out theming better choice might be:

    - Zen
    - Basic
    - Clean

I never really use Lightweight as a parent theme, I use it as a sort of starter kit to start my themes instead of starting them from scratch. The idea is to have starter theme that has a common layout (header - content with sidebars - footer), common template files I always override, and an info file, and then modify the files and directory to make it your own.

The simple instructions to start are:

    BoxGrey

    Box_grey

    • Last changed: 1 year 1 week ago

Box_grey is intended to be relatively easy to modify for those that aren't competent in css positioning. It uses a hybrid CSS/table based layout designed to be fairly robust with different sizes of content and has a neutral grey colour scheme.

Currently box_grey is packaged with one theme stylevariation called box_cleanslate.

    Fluid Baseline Grid

    Fluid Baseline Grid

    • Last changed: 35 weeks 4 days ago

The Fluid Baseline Grid System is an HTML5 & CSS3 development kit that provides a solid foundation to quickly design websites with ease.

I found this responsive grid system and thought it was a great building block for a Drupal theme in my initial proof of concept. The Fluid Baseline Grid System is released under an Unlicense license and therefore is considered in the public domain.

Feel free to modify the default template layout based on the usage example below to fit your individual website's needs. You can easily create a sub-theme of FBG with different template configurations, stylesheets, and images.

About the Fluid Baseline Grid Drupal theme

The Fluid Baseline Grid Drupal theme has entered it's 2.x branch for Drupal 7, while the FBG project itself is still in the 1.x branch. We have made a lot of changes since our initial 1.x release, and we felt it was necessary to change to a 2.x branch because of the amount of changes.

*Note - As of 8/9/12 I have back-ported the 7.x-2.x fixes and new features to a 6.x-2.x branch. Enjoy!

    Plutado

    Plutado

    • Last changed: 1 year 1 week ago

This theme is part of the plutado series of themes. It has been designed from scratch by David Plutado Fugate (plutado) with the idea that it should be relatively simple for beginners and experts alike to change the images that make up the aesthetics for the content area and sidebars, as well as the backgrounds (the original fireworks .png files are included in a folder along with this design). The themes in this series have been designed to especially accentuate elaborate background designs – and as such, the normal content area is offset a good distance from the top of the page. Even without modifications, these themes work pretty well out of the box.
