This project provides integration with Ubercart and the payment gateway Internet Secure. Internet Secure is a gateway that seems to primarily work with Elavon merchant services and it's affiliates. IS provides two integration methods, as most gateways do. This module supports its Merchant Direct service, which does not bring users off-site to complete a purchase like it's Merchant Link service does. Please note that this requires that your site offer a PCI compliant environment and you have an SSL certificate installed.
Installation and Setup
- Download and install the module as you would with any.
- Browse to Store Administration -> Configuration -> Payment Settings -> Edit -> Payment Methods.
- Expand the fieldset for Internet Secure Merchant Direct, and enter your Gateway ID. If you have a sandbox account with Internet Secure, use the test server. Otherwise use the live server.
Note that there are plenty of options that can be configured within the merchant area provided by Internet Secure that you will want to configure before going live with your online store.
Authorize.net and Internet Secure
Internet Secure has provided compatibility with the API utilized by Authorize.net. However, the functionality offered by using this method is limited. Most notably, Pre-Authorization does not work. This module was developed to provide a more complete integration with IS through their native API. If you are interested in simply using the Ubercart-core Authorize.net module instead, this thread may be of use, though it is outdated.
Internet Secure Documentation & Notes
Things to note when working with Internet Secure:
- By default, Internet Secure will send out email receipts to your customers. To turn this off, you have to send them an example email that your store sends out so they can verify it meets qualifications. This is recommended, because this module does not properly pass product data to the gateway (so their email receipt does not have accurate product data).
- If using Pre Authentication, you must wait at least 15 minutes before processing the Post Auth / Prior Auth capture. Note that IS processes post-auth transactions in batches every 2 hours.

Plans for Drupal 7
I currently don't require this module be ported to Drupal 7 for Ubercart 7.x-3.x. However, I don't believe there is a big difference in maintaining payment gateways between the two major versions. If anyone needs this for Drupal 7, open up an issue and I should be able to take care of it pretty quickly.
