[Sandbox] Panels integration for Commerce.
Providing page-manager tasks for URLs such as /cart and /checkout, and ctools content-types (i.e. panels panes) to expose the commerce content to panels.
WIP - adding to sandbox for review, feedback, comments etc :-)
