Click-to-Schedule by TimeTrade is a new, proven way to convert website visitors into booked appointments or meetings for you and your team using online appointment scheduling.

It enhances your Drupal website by providing your visitors with a hassle-free way to schedule time with people in your organization simply by clicking a button. No back-and-forth emails or phone calls and no manual follow-up required.

Meetings are automatically confirmed, added to your Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCal and confirmation emails are sent to both parties. You never have to say, “Let me check my schedule” again. You’ll spend less time with the hassle of booking appointments and more time focusing on your business.

When you install the Click-to-Schedule module, you automatically get these features right out of the box:

• A free TimeTrade account*
• Sync capabilities for Outlook, Google calendar or iCal for Mac
• A click-to-schedule button in the size and color that you choose
• Appointments and meetings from your website on the calendars of up to 3 of your team members
• Full control over the times web visitors have to choose from. Just because a time is free on your calendar doesn’t mean it’s available to the public if you don’t want it to be.

Once you’ve installed the module, just configure the Click-to-Schedule button block and your button will automatically appear on your website. That’s it, each time a visitor clicks to schedule, TimeTrade will display the calendar of one of your team members in a round-robin fashion.

Module Installation Instructions

1. Make sure you have the module Libraries API installed.

2. Download the code for the Fancybox plugin from http://fancybox.googlecode.com/files/jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.zip.
Extract the plugin archive and copy the folder with the plugin files
(containing jquery.fancybox-[version].js file) to sites/all/libraries
(recommended) so the actual plugin can be found at sites/all/libraries/fancybox/jquery.fancybox-[version].js.

3. Download the module code to the sites/all/modules directory within your Drupal installation.

4. At admin/modules enable the module.

5. Go to admin/config/user-interface/click-to-schedule and sign in to an existing TimeTrade account or click the Create New Account to create a free TimeTrade account.

6. Go to admin/structure/block/add-click-to-schedule-block to create a block containing a button that, when clicked, will show the site visitor a calendar for scheduling appointments.
