Form Labels Based on a Node Reference

On my node add form(review), I am referencing a specific node (product). I want to change some of the field labels to add the name of the referenced node.

So rather than "Label", the form field would be "Product X's Label"

I've already started a hook alter module, I'm just unsure of how to target the label and then pull in the node title from the reference - if that is indeed the best method.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values!

I upgraded my site from D6 to D7. After the upgrade, I got the error message that many other people seem to be getting:

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of /xxx/xxx/xxx/code/includes/entity.inc

I have searched all over the web and the drupal forums and this message seems to occur due to improper

xxx_load(array(..))

functions left over in modules or drupal code (see this stackexchange link).
I searched for this string and found it in several places in my D7 modules and code see below:
includes/form.inc: * $node = node_load(array('uid' => $uid, 'type' => $type));
modules/trigger/trigger.module: return node_load(array('nid' => arg(1)));
sites/all/modules/rules/modules/path.eval.inc: elseif (!path_load(array('alias' => $alias, 'language' => $langcode))) {
sites/all/modules/rules/modules/path.eval.inc: if ($path = path_load(array('source' => $source, 'language' => $langcode))) {
sites/all/modules/rules/modules/path.eval.inc: if (($path = path_load(array('alias' => $alias, 'language' => $langcode))) && (empty($node->path['pid']) || $node->path['pid'] != $path['pid'])) {

Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in user_account_form() (line 1122) of user.module

We have a notice on our add user page:
Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in user_account_form() (line 1122) of ... user.module

I am not sure what would cause this notice, and searching finds only our Drupal instance. Is there possibly something we have misconfigured?

Repeating Events Display Start Date - Not Soonest Event Repeat Date

Hey everyone!

====================
http://wowdev.immot.us/classes-and-workshops
====================

I'm pretty new here, and I was searching for discussions of the same problem, but they were all with 3-4 year old versions of Date, Views, Calendar, etc.

I'm working with Date API, Date Repeat API, Events Calendar Feature, and Views in this Drupal 7 site. I have classes (part of the Events calendar) with repeating dates. In other words, some classes happen once, others happen every Wednesday at 3pm, etc.

Using Views, I display all the events, from the upcoming (soonest) first, to the furthest out. The classes which only occur once display their event time; however, the classes which have repeating dates, display the start date, instead of the date of the NEXT instance.

In Views, I have a Filter set to display events that start after 12AM Today, however it still displays the start date (first repeated instance) instead of the next instance. I've looked into Date Repeat Instance (module) but didn't have success -- I'm not sure what tools I need at this point.

I need to display the NEXT instance date, not the first instance date. Does anyone have any experience with this? (Oh, and I also need the aged or past classes to not show up, similar to how the shows in the calendar stop display after their time has passed.)
