On the migrated localize.drupal.org data, the translate page with a project filter and no release filter takes 1.4 seconds for each page and each pager link, 1.7 seconds with "Has no approved translation". The project page and the projects overview take 2 to 3 seconds when their statistics are computed, once an hour.
