The 6.x-0.x releases are pre-releases. Please only use for testing/contribution purposes until a 6.x-1.x release.

This theme seeks to unleash the full power of Panels. It also integrates the excellent 960 Grid System with panels, providing many layout templates. It effectively does away with left and right sidebars (although you can add as many other static regions as you like.)

My goal with this theme for the time being is to provide a case study. I would like other themer's to be able to download it and get ideas.

I have modified the 960gs core CSS. Why? I am trying to create the best possible integration of Panels and 960gs. The default 960gs CSS assumes 10px margin on either side of each column. This is a problem for sites that want need a FULL 960px width. Not 940px with 10px margins on either side. Instead, I have carefully chosen CSS classes for "panes" that allow a designer to add as much margin as they like, globally or specific to each layout.

New Horizon is a Drupal port of StyleShout's New Horizon theme (see that template at www.styleshout.com/templates/preview/NewHorizon1-0/index.html). It's a dark, bold theme with a colorful header.

It's built on the Starkish starter theme (http://drupal.org/project/starkish) so any further customization should be simple with the great contextual classes and ID's.

Features:

• Nice, simple dark styles.
• Smart body, node, comment, and block classes.
• Simple .info file for easy customization.
• Option for registry rebuilds with page loads (for any additional development).
• Option to display block edit links.

Installation:

• Download it.
• Unpack it.
• Put the folder in /sites/all/themes (or sites/yoursite.com/themes).
• Head to admin/build/themes to enable it and make it the default.

[EN] nRebuild – the theme for Web developers. nRebuild theme – the theme with simple and clean code (understandable CSS directives, predictable inheritance and etc.). And therefore it is different from all others themes (like Zen or Clear).

Note: What is currently in CVS is exactly the same as what was posted this blog post. It needs to be adapted into a general use theme. I will give CVS access to anyone willing to help in this effort.

This theme was removed upon the request from the University.
