Drupal 4.6.x

I would like to limit the theme switching ablity for the entire site to just the admin.

For instance I'm using the Organic Groups module and have one base theme and a theme for each group. The problem is a user with just authenticated staus can set their own theme when they edit their user account. I would like to limit the ability to switch themes to just the admin.

Any ideas?

I am new to Dupal. I recently installed the Images module and when I try to upload an image I get the error:
warning: copy(files/...image.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\webhostpath\drupal-4.6.3\includes\file.inc on line 272.

I guess this is a permissions problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

That being, what module does drupal.org use for its module download section?

I need something to display the products a company I don't need a full e-commerce module.
The layout I’m looking for is exactly like the module download section with an image added to the left, any recommendations as to what I can use? or what drupal.org uses?
