User login and registration within ctools modal

This module is for learning purposes only. If you would like to have a module that is supported, try out Roger's excellent Dialog module which is waaay sexier!

Provides a block with 'login' and 'register' links for anonymous users with the correct path and class to put the user login and registration within a modal window using the ctools library.

Installation:
Simply download this module and the required ctools dependency and enable them. A block will appear in your 'left' region with the links.

Sponsored by Rapid Waters Development.

This project is hosted on github only.

Nodequeue OAI-ORE

By using the nodequeue_node module This module allows you to build media presentations based on the XML OAI-ORE format (http://www.openarchives.org/ore/).
Basically this allows you pack presentations in a standardized format that hopefully in the near future will be adopted by archives and libraries.
The module comes also with a sideshow flash player that can read XML OAI-ORE files and present images, video, audio and text.

This project was builted by Linnovate for the Jewish American Archive Website.

Drush Git Interface

awebb - December 16, 2009 - 04:38

Important!

The drush_git module is currently under development and is not in release state. So if you run the Git commands, expect errors. I have been asked to put this up so other developers could take a look and offer their suggestions. Hopefully some of you will see it's usefulness like we do and help it grow. This is a personal project so it often gets development delays due to clients needs. Let us know if you are interested in co-maintaining or testing it out.

What is it?

The drush_git module currently provides a Git core API layer for Drush modules that use Git functionality and some Git deployment commands we are developing for our own organizational deployment needs, that utilize Git submodules. I am thinking that the Git deployment commands will probably get separated in the future into a drush_git_deploy? (not sure on the name) module. So basically there would be a Git API module with no Drush commands, and the Git deployment module that used the API module.

Job Queue Wrapper

gordon - December 8, 2009 - 12:29

This is a wrapper module which will mimic the API interface of Job Queue to allow the modules which use job queue to use the backported Drupal Queues module http://drupal.org/project/drupal_queue and also allow the use of other modules like the backported beanstalkd.

The main reason I am writing this not because job queue is a bad module or doesn't do what it is said to do, but because the support for it is so large and it means that I can do some real world testing on my beanstalkd http://drupal.org/project/beanstalkd to see how well it is working.

Secondly my API site http://api.drupalecommerce.org/ which has a large number of contributed modules which it is tracking and the job queue module is just not keeping up even in running the cron every 10 minutes, and is days behind in indexing the current commits.
