- Added a new "Biblio - PubMed" module which adds a "PubMed Lookup" section to the input form. Entering a PubMed ID in this area, will populate the input form with data from PubMed
- Unpublished entries are now highlighted in red for the admin user
- Added a new field biblio_refereed (Thanks bekasu :-) #613214)which allows you to differentiate between refereed and non-refereed articles

NOTE: Before Upgrading to this version you should disable the core Adaptivetheme (switch to Garland) and clear all caches or else you will get a WSOD.
This release is just a refinement of existing features, bug fixes and smoothing over the rough edges.
Main changes:
1. Simplification of the directory structure. The original structure was based on the old "hack the core" principal of the 6.x-1.x branch, with subthemes being the new paradigm in the 6.x-2.x series this deep directory structure no longer makes much sense.
2. Aggregation of files. Instead of loading multiple CSS and JS files I have combined the core ones to reduce HTTP requests.
3. Many small CSS fixes, especially in the AT Admin subtheme which had been a bit neglected.
4. Improved Equal Height Block capability - this was always meant to be a "per region setting" and now it is.
5. Removed the attribution from the core page.tpl.php file.
I really hope this is the last beta!

Adding Now suggestions are done using extractor. That means your content is parsed, and based on that analysis you get presented the suggestions

Adding The widget is now surrounded by a fieldset. The titel of the fieldset is the vocabulary titel. This is e.g. important when you have several tagging-vocabs on node-edit. So you can visually seperate them

One of the main new features here are the new suggestor example, which actually parses your content to give you tags based on this analysis.
The project will go for a feature-freeze now. Lets get it stable ( no issues yet though )
