Fix CloudFront cache invalidation for subdirectory installs

Prepend base path from \Drupal::request()->getBasePath() to auto-generated
invalidation paths so sites hosted on a directory path (e.g., xyz.com/sitename/)
send the correct full path to CloudFront.

Refactored module to Drupal 11 standards

Issue fixed,

• TypeError in UserVisitsSubscriber due to RequestStack Type Mismatch in Drupal >= 10.2
• Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for user_visits
