- Bio
I have been using Drupal for over 7 years, and have over 25 years experience as a developer working across a broad spectrum of industries. I started my career working on mainframe architecture and database design for international corporations like Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Exxon, Intergraph and marchFIRST. I am a constant student and love keeping up to date on topics like database design, web security, and performance optimization.
More recently, Andy has continued his career in web application programming ranging across a wide selection of server architecture and languages. He has become adept at organic search engine optimization, social media marketing, usability and development for mobile platforms.
An ardent Linux and open source enthusiast since the early 90’s, Andy fuels his passion for Drupal by giving back to the community. He has been a regular speaker at open-source events like Drupalcamp Atlanta, and has used Drupal for projects ranging from micro-sites to enterprise-level deployments.
