I work white-label for agencies. Currently, two US agencies work with me this way. From ongoing maintenance of their most demanding client portfolio to being the technical rescue for their team on a large US public research university's Drupal estate. Both act as references.

Recent work: a Drupal 9 to 10 upgrade across a 1,587-page estate in sixteen hours with the 10 to 11 upgrade running now on the same platform; ADA remediation scoped from a client WAVE report, 3,431 contrast failures and 142 broken ARIA menus and references; SAML/OneLogin single sign-on, JSON:API and OAuth integrations, content migrations; and long-term maintenance, core updates, security patching and performance tuning, on Drupal 10 and 11 platforms.
