As Director of the Content Management Practice, Myles helps Inviqas’ customers deliver world-class digital experiences and transformative business results. Myles provides business and consultative leadership helping companies focus on radically improving their customers’ digital experiences.
Sometimes referred to as the ‘producer’ of projects Myles takes a customer advocacy, product development oversight, and steering role for Inviqas’ strategic clients. His recent project successes included the digital transformation of Lush Cosmetics, resulting in a significant 64% revenue growth in the first year. For Krispy Kreme he created and implemented a multi-channel strategy to drive brand advocacy through marketing and social media. In addition, Myles was driving operation efficiency and brand control via a single CMS platform for a major well known multinational media service company. During his work with a global utility company Myles facilitated workshops across Europe creating a digital transformation plan for the CIO office, informing their wider strategy for B2C and B2B.
