I've been working with Drupal since 2006. Privately mostly. This year (2011) is the first year that it's part of my job to build sites and apps with it. Instead of using fancy themes and modules to gain a better user experience, I've composed an installation profile with helper modules and an admin theme. We use that as a base for every next site in a Drupal multisite environment.
