Originally from Ireland, I now live in Reykjavik, Iceland. I used to work on commercial website development, but I still write code and articles in a voluntary capacity for websites on meditation and personal well-being. I am an ultra distance runner, and have twice completed the world's longest race - the Sri Chinmoy Self-Transcendence 3100 Mile Race.
