I'm a progressive married gay guy who continues to live in the social experiment called life. Fairly easy going, environmentally aware, and in love with a Texan. We have a cat ("Max"), and 2 dogs ("Sophie" and "Cabernet") who have adopted us as their peoples, and they have changed our lives tremendously. I'm shallow when it matters, but tend to be more serious most of the time. Love to travel, and slowly starting to get the travel bug back into the system (favorite pastime is traveling with my husband). Politics is a passion of mine, and I think I'm a frustrated politician who can't change the world for the better fast enough.
