Shawn Hanes (smhanes)

Shawn is an IT professional with ten years of experience in various IT roles, including support, server administration, and web development. He specializes in data migration and modeling, rapid interface prototyping, and end-user education. Currently Shawn is the lead web developer for the Peirce Edition Project out of the Institute for American Thought at IUPUI.

Professional and Academic interests include:
- Adoption and use of IT, including barriers, intended use, actual use, and benefits or consequences of use
- Ethical use of IT and IT based research, including socio-ethical education in informatics based curriculum
