Bio:

"Iowa boy" who went east for college, went west for career, and found happiness as a technology architect creating media production platforms for interactive media, video games, feature film visual effects, and the web. After being team or lead engineer for over 32 commercial software products, and an operations analyst for six major release feature films, I earned an MBA. From there I launched a consulting practice while founding a 3D technology start up. Today I wear many hats: with strong financial, statistical and strategic analysis skills, I do CTO and MBA level consulting for technology dependent organizations; with decades of AI, 3D & media production pipeline software development, I do advanced hands-on software consulting; with advanced Drupal web development skills, I create rich media and eCommerce web platforms sporting all kinds of neat stuff like RESTful APIs, integrated 3D rendering, and cloud scaling. Pretty much, what ever you do, I can make it more efficient, more profitable, and a happier place to spend your days.

Drupal Contributions:

I spoke at Drupal Camp LA 2010, presenting a lecture on how to create a robust import/export system for Ubercart, and how to modify Ubercart to enable dynamically compiled digital products based upon information supplied by the buyer at the time of purchase. I am also an active user of the Services module, contributing patches, and drupal.org documentation pages about using Services.

Areas of Expertise:
I am co-founder of Droplabs
a downtown Los Angeles co-working space for independent consultants
with an emphasis on Drupal development
support and community.
