My main contribution to drupal is writing patches for a series of contributed modules: revision moderation, recent changes, copyright, audio, compact forms, diff, user relationships, freelinking, i18n server, i18n access, youtube api, ... I try to reduce the amount of modules I maintain on the drupal CVS myself, because I wish to prioritize my time on my personal projects.
