Bio: 

Currently a Program Manager for a non-profit organization, Anita Borg Institute, that helps recruit, retain and advance women in technology. Manager largest email community for technical women and support affinity groups for our flagship program Grace Hopper Celebration. I've been a long time drupal community member and developer.

Independent consultant/developer recently implementing 2 drupal projects for 2 organizations. Coming up in 2013, a large implementation with drupal for community feature. Used a lot of other CMS, but drupal by far is scalable and community driven which helps in successful implementations.

Looking for groups to join particularly focus on implementations for non-profits, community building and web accessibility.
