About me: Barry Fisher

Over the past 17 years, I have coordinated teams of executives, developers and creative people to build some of the world's most complex Drupal websites.

My leadership objectives are to ensure everybody has everything they need to be efficient, well-informed and working towards the same goals. I believe that by enabling everybody to play to their strengths creates better job satisfaction and increases the overall quality of our combined efforts.

Digital products inherently carry risks as well as opportunities. I believe that by understanding and discussing risk factors throughout a project is the best way to ensure success for the client. If you'd like to know more about managing risks in your project, please get in touch.

I like it when clients have tricky requirements. It's usually the difficult problems that have the most satisfying outcomes. If you're currently navigating complex requirements or are trying to satisfy many stakeholders for your project, I may be able to help you.

I love to work on new challenges especially where the final solution isn't fully clear on day one.

Having a keen interest and background in teaching and process analysis, I feel my skills and experience can bring a lot of value to organisations- especially where technical teams have traditionally been a problem. I like to put business owners back in the driving seat. Drupal helps make this possible and this is why I invest time getting involved with the latest Drupal developments and best practices.
