I have made a pure-CSS theme for drupal. It works on 4.7, and uses CSS for all layout. It also makes it easy/ier to port themes from Wordpress.

I submit bugs and patches to drupal contributed modules. For Drupal 6 I helped port many modules starting with the code review module to provide guidance.
