Issue #1471798: All user links are now visible to all users. All admin links are only visible to the admin role. Issue #1471214: Add the option to change the image source pathy to your own image. Added home, panels, views and performance links. Changed the help page to be more in-depth and link to the modules page. Permission were removed in favor of the Drupal core permissions.

Issue #1465830 fixed the custom links not working. Added new permissions. Seperated the User Links from the Admin Links. Added the ability to choose which links section your custom link go in.
