I've found that I can identify and build relationships with just about anyone. There's always a way to connect and identify with new people - to find something in common and establish a relationship around it. I'm passionate about online communities and have been successful in building them from the ground up. But my real passion is working with new clients to understand their needs, then building upon their ideas and delivering exciting and fun outcomes. There's nothing more rewarding - from a professional and personal perspective - than when your clients literally laugh with excitement when unwrapping a new toy that your team has created for them.
