In work I primarily build websites using Drupal for the backend and mostly Omega 4, singularity gs and breakpoint for the front end employing a mobile first approach. Having come over to open source PHP frameworks from a background of classic ASP and VB Script I work mostly by using and building upon my knowledge of what's been made available by the Drupal community and contributed modules to find elegant solutions to seemingly complex problems without writing any code., however I have developed my knowledge of PHP and the Drupal APIs in order to come up with bespoke modules wherever necessary.

Outside of work I like to write music playing the guitar, bass guitar and synth, fly light aircraft such as the Piper PA28, find treasure vie Geocaching and do the odd bit of promotional design and advertising work.
