I have been working with Drupal for over a year now. With my team at Blisstering Solutions, I have used a lot of contributed modules, a good number of custom modules (yet to be ported to drupal.org, I'm hopeful of that happening soon).

I have also been a part of the Drupal Camp held at Pune, India in January 2009, and gave a presentation on using Migraine to migrate your development to production with development taking place in an integrated environment.
