Bio:

I've been around computers my entire life, and while growing up, I always had access to a computer. About 8 years ago, I started building my own "personal" website on the free host Geocities, using the Microsoft Front Page editing tool. I was then asked to "co-own" a fan-run website on the hit show '24', which was running on (I believe) Drupal 4 or 5.

That initial visit with Drupal really didn't clue me into Drupal, because I was still into building static HTML websites. A few years ago, I ended up purchasing a domain name for my website, and that was when I started using Drupal full-time on the websites that I build. I won't say that I am using it 100%, because I still have clients out there that are static HTML, but those are slowly moving to Drupal.

I was previously employed as a Website Support Analyst at Henry Ford College in Dearborn, Michigan, where I was employed since May 2008. I am now working as a Help Desk Engineer for an I.T. company called Enertron, which is located in Warren, Michigan, where I am also a Drupal web developer.

I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan.

In April 2011, I founded Silvestri Consulting, LLC, a computer consulting and website development firm based out of Sterling Heights, Michigan. Silvestri Consulting, LLC has built numerous websites for Metro Detroit-area businesses and non-profit organizations. We specialize in Drupal, static HTML websites, computer consulting, and photo and video services.
