As a senior user experience professional, I’ve spent 16+ years advocating for user-first digital experiences that balance stakeholder goals, user needs, and enabling technology.

My journey with Drupal began in 2007 as a volunteer website editor. After attending my first Drupal event in 2008, I was drawn in by the community’s energy and innovation. What started as a generalist role in digital and web management evolved into a deep specialization in Drupal-focused UX and information architecture. Over the years, I’ve worked across higher education, healthcare, government, and B2B enterprises, shaping intuitive digital ecosystems that drive engagement and clarity. Collaboration has always been at the heart of my approach, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to align business objectives with human-centered design.

More recently, I’ve been integrating service design principles to consider the entire ecosystem of stakeholders—from administrators to customer service representatives—and the interconnected tools and workflows that support them. By taking this holistic approach, I help ensure that experiences are not only seamless for users but also operationally efficient, scalable, and sustainable for organizations.
