    - Changed subscriptions_link() to call the vid rather than the tid, correcting  a problem where vocabulary exclusions could fail to work. (#79774) - Modified subscriptions_taxa() to display the vocabulary (parent) along with  the term name for better clarity. (#79774) - Added an if/then clause to handle an error when taxonomies are disabled.  (#79807) - Added a translation tag for node types displayed on the "my subscriptions"  page.
